Powerful Energies from the 2/22 Portal in combination with Full Moon in Virgo are inviting us to connect with our heart center and take deep dives into embracing our self worth and wholeness.
Our heart is a powerful portal to our soul. Being courageously loving and keeping our hearts open despite setbacks and heartbreaks allows us to embrace our lives to the fullest extent. This workshop aims to help us to tune into our sacred heart space and leverage powerful kundalini yoga techniques to help us to awaken our intuitive abilities and allow full access to self love, inner strength and wholeness.
By integrating powerful techniques of postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), mudras, meditation and mantra chanting through kundalini yoga, we can access a grounded and expansive higher state of consciousness as well as align and harmonize all relationship dynamics around us.
Our willingness in strengthening our heart will help us to more openly give and receive love and welcome in more love, peace, harmony into our lives.
Recommended Preparations:
Bring journals, pens and paper for note making and journaling.

Instructor Bio:
I am an intuitive coach, yoga instructor, meditation facilitator, and sound healer. I share ancient wisdom and practices rooted in yogic, shamanic & indigenous energy healing modalities. These practices work to strengthen, align and balance our mind, body, and spirit so that we can face life’s challenges with fortitude and resilience.
