We are living in a time of deep grief, rage, and overwhelm. Many of us are carrying emotions right at the surface - and still trying to function in systems that deny our humanity.
This workshop is a space to feel what you’re carrying, to release what’s been stuck, and to begin transforming that energy into something intentional and actionable.
This is not a lecture. This is a practice space.

We’ll start by making space for anger, fear, and sadness - without needing to fix or perform. Then we’ll explore the parts of ourselves that have been silenced or shamed by society, and how they might hold clues to our purpose in collective liberation. Finally, we’ll ground into real-world actions, roles, and mutual aid that can move us forward. From fragmentation into alignment, and from overwhelm into embodied resistance.
