Switch partners, and… connect! URBAN KIZ STYLE

Every dance style has a different approach to what that “connect” looks like. But what does it really mean to connect with your partner?

In this class, we’ll explore together the different ways that a lead can form a contact point and communicate information to the follow, and more importantly, how a follow can receive and interpret that information.

We will talk posture, engagement, stickiness & dynamic connection in Urban Kiz, and finding the best tools for an almost- telepathic connection you can use in Fusion!

*The Berkeley Alembic does not allow outside shoes or any shoes with heels. Flat inside dance shoes are allowed, but you may want to bring socks also for maximum spin-nability!

COVID policy

A proof of vaccination against COVID is NOT required at this time, Masks are welcomed but not required either. These policies may be subject to change following local guidance.
