Ambiensce: Breathwork & Sound

Happy 🌷🌿💚 everyone! Spring has very much sprung. Let’s emerge and reach for the light together like our plant allies all around us ☀️

After a successful initial offering of breathwork and sound meditation experience at Lightning last month, I’m blessed to be partnering with YouTopia (of which I am frequent visitor & now first-time facilitator) to host Ambiensce in their downstairs haven, Dreamspace.

I am excited to share some new instruments I have acquired since I moved back to NYC in March! Come drop in & let’s explore being together in this way I've come to so deeply love and revere.

Session Format

This session is designed to transport participants into a deeply meditative state and open a door to emotional release, inner clarity, and embodied presence.

Ambiensce incorporates continuous breathing (sometimes called shamanic, psychedelic, Holotropic, or Conscious Connected Breathwork) set to soulful, rhythmic music. Once participants have integrated the effects of the breath, we meditate together to the complex, overtone-rich sounds of acoustic drone instruments.

Bio

For those of you that don't know me: among other things, I’m a bicoastal breathwork and sound facilitator who integrates intentional breathing, mindfulness, and live acoustic instrumentation to create transportive & restorative results. I lead recurring sessions at The Battery SF and have facilitated workshops at corporate offices, private events, and immersive festivals across Northern California.
