In this engaging and playful workshop with Holistic Pleasure Coach Andrea, you’ll learn how to engage your BREATH, SOUND, BODY, and MIND to create a deeper connection to your erotic energy… and how to turn on your sensuality without touch. This beautiful practice gives you a chance to explore a range of sensations, emotions, and tap into the energetics of sex.

Breathwork can be a portal to expansive pleasure—some of my attendees have said it felt like bees buzzing in the belly or champagne bubbles in the body. For others, it creates openness and spaciousness to move through sadness or grief. Some folks feel nothing at all—simply the pure bliss of BEING in the moment. It’s all beautiful and welcome.

This delicious two-hour workshop will help you explore your innate sensuality by tapping into the body-mind connection. Here’s what we’ll explore together:

1. Activated breath: Deep breathing to open the portal to your unconscious mind and deeper feeling-states
2. Sounding: Explore the range of sounds to expand and move energy in your body
3. Body expression: Meet your pelvic floor to deepen internal sensation and build energy
4. Visualization: Moving the energy in and around the body
5. Deep presence: A thoughtfully-held sacred space to FEEL into your heart, mind, body & spirit.
6. Soft integration: Time to aftercare with each other, and practices to help you take the work home after the workshop.

About Andrea Devon Bertoli

Andrea (she/her) offers services as a Holistic Pleasure Coach and Sex Educator. This includes online pleasure education, facilitation of sacred sexuality events, and coaching sessions for individuals and couples(+). My body of work/practice includes a range of holistic practices and modern tools to help clients and students explore mindful sexuality embodied sexual wholeness. My students and clients benefit from my shame-free and empathetic approach to sexual wellness and conscious relating. Andrea is a queer, non-monogamous, kinky Tantrika that works with individuals and couples of all sexual/relational orientations. This workshop (and all my work) is for EVERYBODY. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Andrea is a new transplant to the Bay Area (as of January 2025!) after living and working for 25 years on Oahu, Hawaii, and she is a member of the Green Yogi community. She’s been a dedicated yogi for 20+ years, taught plant-based cooking, women’s financial literacy, worked at startups, and has been working with the magic of sacred sexuality for nearly a decade.
