Anchored is a creative, holistic social gathering designed to support intention setting, healing through creativity, and meaningful connection in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

This experience blends ceremonial cacao, gentle sound healing, and intentional mixed-media art. It offers a grounded yet enjoyable way to slow down, create with purpose, and leave with something tangible that continues to support you beyond the gathering.

You are welcome to attend on your own or share the experience with a friend or loved one.

About the Experience

Anchored: A Cacao & Creative Experience is held within a 2-hour guided container, followed by an optional additional hour for social connection or extra creative time.

The guided portion of the experience is thoughtfully structured, while the optional closing hour allows for spaciousness, ease, and integration at your own pace.

What to Expect

Opening + Intention Setting (Guided | 30 minutes)

The experience begins with intention setting led by Joanne Castaño, supported by ceremonial cacao (at least one cup included per guest). This opening is co-led with a gentle sound bowl healing by Megan Kamosi, whose work carries a grounding, restorative tone that supports nervous-system settling and presence.

Together, cacao and sound create a calm foundation for clarity, connection, and creative flow.

Creative Flow: Intentional Mixed-Media Collage with Decoupage (Guided)

Participants are then guided into an intuitive, hands-on creative process focused on intentional mixed-media collage using decoupage techniques.

Materials include a curated selection of:

Wood, metal, and glass elements

Paper materials

Dried florals

This process emphasizes expression, meaning, and play rather than artistic perfection. Each participant creates a sustainable piece of art designed as an anchoring keepsake, holding the intention set during the opening of the experience.

Closing + Integration (Guided close at 2 hours)

The guided experience closes with reflection and integration, supporting the transition from the gathering back into daily life. The intention of this closing is to help participants carry their intention forward, with their mixed-media artwork serving as a visual and tactile anchor they can return to.

Optional Additional Hour (Unguided)

After the guided close, the space remains open for an optional additional hour. Guests may choose to stay to:

Socialize and connect with others

Take additional time to complete or refine their artwork

Gently integrate the experience without rushing

There is no expectation to stay; this time is offered as a supportive option.

Investment: $111 per person

Your ticket includes a fully guided 2-hour creative wellness experience led by two facilitators, ceremonial cacao, sound healing, and all art materials. Each participant creates a sustainable, decoupaged artwork designed to anchor and support carrying their intention forward beyond the gathering.

Bring-a-Friend Bundle: $200 for two

This experience is designed to be shared. Invite a friend, partner, or loved one and enjoy creating and connecting together.
