Big social meetups got you feeling overwhelmed? Nervous about your first meetup or “Munch”? Or maybe weekday evenings just don’t work for you? I totally get it—I was in the same boat not too long ago. That’s why I thought a chill afternoon hangout at a cozy coffee shop might be the perfect vibe.
I’ll bring along some coloring books, mini puzzles, and card games—because sometimes keeping your hands busy makes chatting way easier. Bring your own crafty project if you’ve got one—bonus points for anything glittery or weird.
Bodevi’s got you covered with coffee, tea, wine, and some tasty snacks. I’ll do my best to snag a table in the back room so we can keep things low-key and comfy. I’ll also be rocking a name tag so you can find me without awkwardly peering at strangers.
There’s street parking and a few public lots nearby. Plus, the block has some fun stops like restaurants, a vintage shop, and a record store if you want to explore before or after.
The place can be a little sneaky to find—it’s tucked between No Sabo and Truman House Tavern. Just look for the friendliest-looking human with a name tag. That’s probably me.
🧠 Introvert-Friendly Note
While the goal is a calm and cozy hangout, sometimes things can get a little lively if a bunch of us show up at once. If it feels too loud or overwhelming, no worries at all—you’re absolutely welcome to step out to the main part of the shop, chill outside, or take a breather in one of the side chairs. No explanations needed—just do what feels best for you. 💜
✨ Quick Consent Reminder
This space is all about comfort and respect. Please don’t touch anyone—hugs, shoulder taps, or even enthusiastic handshakes—unless you’ve asked and gotten a clear “yes.” We’re all here to feel safe, seen, and chill. Consent isn’t just sexy—it’s essential. 💖
