What if intimacy could nourish rather than drain you?

What if your boundaries created more closeness, not less?

Boundaries are what make long-lasting intimacy possible.

They create the space where relating becomes a mutually life-giving communion, not a draining performance.

Attuned is a workshop for anyone ready to shift out of painful patterns of relating into an enriching field of resonant connection.

It’s a place to unravel old conditioning such as people-pleasing, merging, self-abandonment, & defensiveness, and practice relating from your center.

A space to slow down…Attuned offers you to a somatic sanctuary where you can practice connecting to your felt sense, attuning to the subtle & moving at the pace of embodied consent.

A place where you can explore intimacy from the inside out. Intimacy that includes you, not just the other.

Slowing down gives your nervous system the chance to:

𓆸 Shift out of urgency & into presence

𓆸 Feel what’s actually happening beneath reaction or habit

𓆸 Cultivate choice-based responses

𓆸 Communicate boundaries from a grounded place that invites connection rather than protection

𓆸 Allow intimacy to emerge from safety, not pressure

𓆸 Experience more collaboration, and less rupture & repair

What will I learn in this workshop?

Through a blend of somatic witnessing, movement-based exploration, trauma-informed practices, and playful relational role play, you’ll explore how to:

- Hold your own energy with clarity, compassion, and sovereignty

- Regulate after emotional waves, without collapsing or disconnecting

- Clear, seal, and ground your field (energetic hygiene)

- Set embodied boundaries that honor both you and the relationship

- Receive boundaries with grace

- Shift from survival patterns into authentic, attuned connection

What is Containment?

Containment is holding your energy with agency & discernment.

It means staying connected to yourself, especially in moments of intensity, without spilling, collapsing, or disconnecting.

It’s the difference between reacting & responding,

between leaking & choosing,

between abandoning yourself & staying connected to your body.

Energetic containment is the vessel through which intimacy becomes sustainable and nourishing. It’s what makes intimacy feel safe & trustworthy, rather than overwhelming or destabilizing. Containment doesn’t mean shutting down or numbing out, it means you stay with yourself, so you can meet the moment with integrity.

With containment you get to decide how much you give, when you open, and what you allow in, not from fear or defensiveness, but from inner alignment.

Without a vessel, the waters of intimacy spill and evaporate. With a strong energetic container,

connection can soak deep into the roots.

When we hold our energetic vessel, we invite others to meet us from their own sovereignty, creating intimacy that feeds, rather than drains.

In Attuned, you’ll get to explore how to bring more depth & honesty into your relationships, without losing yourself.

In this way, containment becomes the very ground from which true intimacy grows - intimacy that honors your boundaries, your nervous system, your values, and your pace.

Meet your Facilitators:

Compasha Mama,

Angel of Radical Compassion is a somatic guide, ceremonialist, and conduit of the Divine Mother. Her work centers on compassionate self-intimacy, emotional healing, authentic relating, spiritual empowerment, and the reclamation of wholeness through embodied presence.

She specializes in helping people move through resistance into more regulated & authentic ways. With a trauma-informed, somatic approach, she weaves together wisdom from Somatic Parts Work, The Emotion Code, Theta Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Attunement Therapy.

Her passion is merging the spiritual power of prayer with the healing medicine of human connection. She is devoted to birthing a new culture of deep care, embodied attunement, and conscious consent.

Above all, Compasha worships the beauty of Souls healing together. She is here to honor the kind of valiant vulnerability and profound intimacy that softens the body, opens the heart and inspires streaming tears of gratitude.

Ashley Berry

is an embodied relating coach, professional dominatrix, facilitator and educator. Her work focuses on the intersection of sovereignty and intimacy, with healthy boundaries as the interface that allows the experience of connection to expand and deepen without losing connection to self.

She has a BA in psychology and is trained in a range of modalities including Organic Intelligence, NVC, The Way of Council, conscious kink, a range of somatic and movement practices, and a lifetime of healing codependence and refining consensual relating skills. She specializes in working with folks who are kinky, consensually non-monogamous, neurodivergent, and interested in creating relationships that work for them, rather than replicating social or cultural expectations of what relationships should be.

In her personal experience, she has moved from insecure to earned secure attachment, and has gone from relationships being the primary pain point in her life, to having an abundant network of thriving, long-term, securely attached relationships. A throughline that has been consistent in this evolution is cultivating an embodied relationship to boundaries on every level: emotional, energetic, physical, sexual, psychic and spiritual.

She relates to boundaries not as a form of protection or disconnection, but as a way of inviting others into a clear and honest field of where connection is available. Ashley sees boundaries as a way of teaching those we love how to love us well, and doing the same in return. In this way, we put ourselves on the map to be found, exactly where we are, without contorting, performing, or sacrificing our needs, desires, and values in order to connect.

She also relates to boundaries work as an ongoing practice that is supported by self-compassion, grace, and humility in the process. She loves sharing what she has learned in her own process so far, to empower others in designing relationships that are functional, honest, enjoyable, and lasting.
