In the midst of life's challenges, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from our true selves. This 2-hour experiential workshop invites you to embark on a journey back to your heart—the center of your embodied intelligence and innate resilience.​

Through the lens of Polyvagal Theory and somatic practices, you'll explore how your nervous system—particularly the vagus nerve—responds to stress and learn practical tools to shift from states of overwhelm to presence. By engaging in heart-centered exercises, breathwork, and gentle movement, you'll discover how to stimulate the vagus nerve to create a sense of safety within your body, allowing your heart to open and guide you.

Pauline Romas is a certified Neurological Fitness Trainer and Spiritual Intelligence Coach, specializing in nervous system regulation and somatic resilience. With over a decade of study and practice, she integrates neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and embodiment to guide individuals toward inner safety and authentic connection.​

A devoted practitioner of Classical Nondual Tantra, Pauline's work bridges the realms of science and spirituality. Through coaching and workshops, she supports people in reconnecting with their heart's wisdom, fostering a sense of wholeness and presence in their lives.
