We will break down common relationship structures, clarify terminology, and look at how different dynamics function in real life. The class will also cover core skills like communication, setting and negotiating boundaries, and recognizing personal needs and limits. We will discuss common emotional experiences, including jealousy, insecurity, and comparison, and how people navigate them, along with approaches to building self-awareness and maintaining a sense of stability within yourself and your relationships.
