Belly Peace is a small-group sensual body experience for anyone who feels held back by their belly and is ready to gently unravel shame, explore pleasure through touch and movement, and feel more at home in their body. Curious about a different way to feel about your belly? Let yourself rebel against body shame, and surrender to pleasure in this body right now.
We'll be using a mix of presentations, exclusive interviews with experts, group conversation and sharing, art, movement, reflection and music.
Classes take place on Wednesdays 7-9pm ET - Replays are included. You will be able to contribute via prompts and surveys if you are not attending live. You can read more about the program contents and goals here.
