I’m Aria Diana (she/her), a somatic relationship coach and longtime practitioner of consensual non-monogamy. I help people move from reactive and overwhelmed to secure and anchored—using a body-based approach that actually works.

I’ve been through the grief, the spirals, the self-doubt, the breakdowns in the bathroom while my partner was out on a date. I know how disorienting it is to want open love—and still feel like you're falling apart.
