STOPGAP TURNS ONE: A Night of Kink, Community, and Celebration 🎉

One year ago…

Stopgap opened its doors in a historical kinky location and invited the San Francisco Bay Area’s kink community to connect, explore, learn, and play. To thrive in a space built for us, by us. Since then, we’ve witnessed thousands of scenes, welcomed countless new faces, and cultivated a home for exploration, liberation, and raw, unfiltered pleasure.

Now it's time to celebrate—and we're doing it the only way Stopgap knows how: with shameless, joyous, filthy, delicious debauchery, house tops, DJ Nico’s auralgasms - and birthday cake!

Yes you read that right - DJ Nico will be on the decks from 9pm onwards. Whether you are socializing, playing, or chilling, you’re going to enjoy the rhythmic rapture that they always bring when they play.

Cheers to one year! Celebrate our first time this April!

Birthday Party Highlights:

Date & Time: Saturday April 5, 8:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Location: Stopgap, San Francisco, CA (the exact venue address will be sent to ticket holders only for privacy and safety reasons, but it is in SoMa).

Features:

1. House Tops at Your Service: Ready to help you indulge your playful side with samplers for newcomers and veterans alike.
2. DJ Nico will be spinning the decks to for you to dance and play to
3. Multiple play areas equipped for BDSM and sexual activities.
4. Accessible ground floor with accessible play equipment.
5. Stickers and wristband system to facilitate connections.
6. Dedicated social area, dungeon, fuck room, and non-sexual cuddle room.
7. Delicious spread, including vegan options.

The Venue

This event will be held at Stopgap in San Francisco! While a new venue in it's current iteration, the building itself has a rich history in the kink community. The first floor is fully accessible, with social and play spaces - including hardpoints. Descend into the 3100 square foot basement to enjoy historic equipment that many in the community may have enjoyed in days gone by plus some newer pieces from our collection. There will be crosses, benches, tables, bondage chairs, cages, and much more! @Stopgap is not only located in an important place of kink history, it's a place of history in the making right now.

Entry

Presale tickets are $30 (including taxes & fees) and must be purchased through Forbidden Tickets. The confirmation email will contain the address of the venue. If you have previously been to Stopgap, you may buy a walk-in ticket at the door. Door tickets are $40 cash, Venmo, or Zelle (including taxes and fees).

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

We will need a few volunteers. Volunteer for an hour to get free entry. Check the Stopgap event on Fetlife for more information about volunteering.
