BOBA in Wonderland: A Mad Tea Play Party*

Curiouser and curiouser! Welcome, dear guests, to BOBA Munch's first public play party! Step through the looking glass and join us for an afternoon of whimsical mischief from 12 to 5pm at Stopgap on Sunday, March 2nd. But beware - doors will close at about 3:00pm! You wouldn't want to be late like the White Rabbit to our tea party, after all! From 12:00 to 12:30pm, join us in our Welcome Corner to go over rules and expectations for our play parties ('Off with their heads!' to any rulebreakers!). It will also be the perfect time to break the ice. As a certain Caterpillar would say - "Who? Are? YOU?"

We will be providing a small but eclectic assortment of teas and teacups. However, every guest is highly encouraged to add to the madness and bring their own teas and teacups!

This is a Public BOBA Munch Event

Everybody (regardless of ethnicity or nationality) is invited to attend! Tickets can be bought here.

COVID-19 Safety Measures / Additional Admission Requirements

All guests MUST:

1. Take a rapid test on the day of the event before arriving. Or take a photo of the negative test and show it to the door person when you arrive.
2. Please write the date on the test or immediately next to the test. The test must be taken within 24 hours before the event.
3. Bring proof of vaccination and legal ID. This will be checked by security provided by the venue.

Refund Policy

We give full refunds until 48 hours before the event starts.

What is BOBA Munch?

BOBA Munch is a group based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We welcome individuals who identify with a broad range of identities including Asian, Asian American, Southeast Asian, Indian/South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Pacific Islander to attend our events. BOBA Munch facilitates meetups at various locations, including our in-person monthly munches on the Second Sunday of each month (subject to change).
