Body Paint Dance Party @ The Moxy Garden Ft Black Helix Band

Come join us for a night of music, dancing, and body paint at the Moxy Brooklyn Williamsburg! Get ready to groove to the beats of the Black Helix Band (of The Vortex)while letting your creativity shine with body paint.

Ft. Live body painting from some of the best Body painters in NYC, and the opportunity to make friends through painting!

What's in store:

  • Live body painting: Experience the art in real-time from top NYC body painters. We will be joined by Andy Golub, a world-renowned body painter, who, after getting arrested for body painting, got the laws in NYC changed so that nudity is permitted when making public art .
  • Interactive painting: Paint yourself, let others paint you, or paint new friends (with consent, of course)!
  • PhotoBooth: We will have a photo booth set up with a professional photographer taking pics of your lovely body canvases
  • Carpet Man

Attire Choices:

  • Have a no-pants dance party (the boobies can be free while you are in the garden!)
  • Wear a cute outfit and paint part of your body that's exposed (faces, arms or legs are all fair game)
  • Keep your clothes on & don’t get painted. Respect.

Rules to remember:

  • Respect personal boundaries: Don't touch anyone without their consent.
  • Don't paint anybody without consent, and tell the person your paint vision before diving in.
  • Genitals must be covered. Wear panties, booty shorts, boxers, etc.
  • Please try not to get any paint on the lovely Moxy furniture!
  • Don't take photos of anybody without consent.

If you have any more questions or are a body painter looking to be a part of this event, email me at niki.davisf@gmail.com, and I can't wait to shake it with you all!
