Bodies are not a conquest. They are a conversation.
We live in a world that teaches us how to speak, but not how to listen to the body.
At play parties, workshops, and intimate spaces, I’ve watched the same pattern repeat itself again and again.
Some women don’t come because they’re afraid of being stared at.
Others (men and women) don’t come because they’re afraid of being judged.
Many men arrive unsure of how to touch, afraid of doing the wrong thing, unsure of how to read a body without rushing it.
Different experiences.
The same root.
Our bodies are still under surveillance.
Philosopher Michel Foucault wrote about how power doesn’t only exist in rules or institutions, it lives in the gaze. In the way we watch others. In the way we watch ourselves being watched.
You can feel it in the body:
The freeze.
The performance.
The polite override of sensation.
Body Talk is an invitation to step out of that conditioning and back into embodied communication.
This masterclass is not about technique.
It’s not about being “good at touch.”
And it’s not about pushing edges.
It’s about learning how to listen, to yourself first, and then to others.
About noticing what your body says before your mind edits it.
About approaching touch as a conversation, not a goal.
About understanding nervous-system cues so consent becomes felt, not forced.
Whether you’re new to play spaces, curious but hesitant, or already experienced and wanting more depth, this class meets you where you are.
We’ll explore how bodies communicate through sensation, breath, and pause.
How fear and desire often show up together.
And how safety isn’t something you perform, it’s something you cultivate.
This is for people who want to feel more at home in their bodies.
More present in connection.
And more fluent in the language beneath words.
All genders and sexual orientations. monogamous and non monogamous.
This space is for the curious, the nervous, the thoughtful, and the embodied-in-progress.
If you’ve ever wondered:
Why do I freeze even when I want connection?
How do I touch without rushing or performing?
How do I be seen without shrinking?
You belong here.
No prior experience required.
No pressure to touch or be touched.
Participation is always a choice.
Title: Body Talk
Format: Live masterclass (zoom)
Length: 1.5 hours
Location: Zoom
Facilitator: Cami Romero | Queen Velvet Amethyst
Recording available if you can’t attend live.
We’ll explore what it feels like to move through social and intimate spaces without bracing.
The space between wanting to go to the party and actually going.
The moment before asking someone to dance.
The hesitation that shows up in a cuddle puddle, a contact dance class, or a shared space where bodies are close.
We’ll explore how to feel at ease in your body around women and men — to feel sexy, playful, and present without fear of judgment or shame.
We’ll explore new ways of inhabiting space where your body doesn’t shrink, rush, or perform, but responds naturally and with trust.
And we’ll explore what becomes possible when your body feels safe enough to follow impulse, enjoy connection, and move freely, without needing permission or explanation.
This is an exploration of ease, embodiment, and choice in real life, not theory.
Your body has been speaking to you for a long time.
This is a space to finally listen.
