Bound NYC is a rope-centered space rooted in masculine energy, created for men of all orientations and identities to explore rope, power, desire, and connection. Bound NYC is also a part of The Sanctuary Sessions — our intimate gatherings held inside The Sanctuary of East Harlem.

If you’ve ever felt the quiet confidence of rope tightening with intention — breath syncing, bodies communicating, trust building in real time — you already know the medicine of this night.

This is rope with purpose. Masculine energy without performance. Connection without hierarchy.

WHAT TO EXPECT

7:00 PM | Doors Open

• Arrive, settle in, and agree to consent agreements.
• Skill-Share & Learning Lab: a social, collaborative rope learning space open to all experience levels —from first-timers to experienced rope tops & riggers.

• Bring what you know, what you're curious about and explore and practice without

9:00 PM - Doors Close | Bound Intentions

All participants must arrive before 9PM to protect the container, pacing, and shared agreements.

• Quick connect circle & review house

9:30 PM - 12:30 AM | Open Rope Play

• Rope-focused open play
• Scenes may include sensual, erotic, or power-exchange elements alongside rope and bondage, provided all interactions are clearly negotiated and aligned with community agreements.

12:30AM - 1AM | Wrap-up, Aftercare & Landing

• A gentle closing space to integrate the experience before heading home.

Bound NYC is held in a members-based space and guided by the values of our community — care, intention, and accountability. While membership is optional, joining The Kink Collective provides benefits such as discounted Sanctuary Sessions, up to 2 free events per month, discounted in-person events, and access to Conscious Conversation, our weekly online room that explores identity, sexuality, and relationships, letting you deepen your connection to this curated masculine-energy container.
