This is not just a class—it's a ritual space of healing, reclamation, and deep insight. This experiential workshop explores the deeper layers of consent, boundaries, and personal truth through a k!nk-positive, trauma-informed lens. Together we’ll uncover how fear, people-pleasing, and conditioning shape our “yes, no, and maybe,” and practice somatic tools to feel authentic consent in the body. Part of the Kinky Shadow Work Series, this evening offers a powerful space to reclaim sovereignty, explore jealousy and power dynamics, and discover the erotic potential of clear boundaries.

What You'll Learn:

💜 Identifying shadows that make boundary setting/enforcement difficult

💜 Exercises to honor the protective function of boundaries

💜 The shadow of people pleasing and it’s affect on consent

We are having a 2-part evening of indulgence and learning. Come for the workshop and stay for the Jam to practice what you learned and meet other like-minded folks!

This is a trauma-informed, kink-aware, non-monogamy-affirming space. All genders, orientations, and relationship styles welcome. You do not need to be currently partnered to attend. This workshop involves potentially activating material around jealousy, trauma, and emotional safety. Please come prepared to take care of yourself. You are always welcome to pass, pause, or step away from any activity. A resource corner and support options will be available.

1. Comfortable clothes you can move and sit in for extended periods
2. A journal and pen
3. Water bottle and snacks
4. Optional: personal objects for comfort (crystals, pillows, etc.)

After the main session, join our intimate After Hours session, where you’ll have the chance to ask questions, practice the tools you’ve learned, and receive personalized coaching guidance from Danny and Vanessa Panzella-Velez. This is your opportunity to deepen your learning and apply the skills in a supportive and playful space.

About Facilitators

Danny and Vanessa are trauma-informed Psychedelic Integration, intimacy and relationship coaches who specialize in helping couples heal and thrive through sacred connection. With over a decade of experience studying tantra, psychedelic integration, and somatic practices, they bring a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern science to their teaching.

Vanessa and Danny’s journey from toxic relationship patterns to tantric intimacy has fueled their passion to guide others toward emotional safety and fulfillment. Through intimacy tool like psychedelic therapies, tantra, somatic, kink and pleasure healing Danny and Vanessa offer a compassionate approach rooted in trauma healing and nervous system regulation. Together, they’ve created transformative workshops, coaching programs, and events that inspire couples to embrace vulnerability, passion, and deep connection.
