Breathing (and not breathing) is SEXY! Most of the time we don't even think about the function that keeps us alive. But what happens when you turn the very act of breathing - into an intentional activity that enhances k!nk and deepens connection? There are so many ways to play with breath, control, and restriction - from sensual to sadistic. We'll explore the art, science, and safety of breathplay in this educational workshop.

What We’ll Explore:

🌬️ Breathhold Basics: Uncover surprising insights about breathing—something you do every day but rarely think about.

⚠️ Safety First!: Dive into the essential do’s and don’ts of breathplay, focusing on safety practices that aren’t widely known but are critical. Learn how to perform a "rescue" in case of black-out.

🛠️ Breathplay Techniques: Learn creative approaches beyond the usual methods, opening up new ways to incorporate breath into your scenes.

🌀 Influencing the Nervous System: Discover how to use breath to affect your partner’s state, including when and why to focus on exhales vs. inhales.

🎭 Example Scenes: Get inspired by creative examples to spark ideas for incorporating breathplay into your kink dynamics.

We are having a 2-part evening of indulgence and learning. Come for the workshop and stay for the Jam to practice what you learned and meet other like-minded folks!

Workshop Format

1. Feel Free to Take Notes! If it helps you learn, we encourage you to bring a notepad to jot notes and reflections
2. Interactions: The Workshop may include personal reflections, interactive demonstrations, and practical exercises. This may include solo/partner/group activities. Participate and opt-in to the extent of your comfort - you can also just sit back at any time and observe others!
3. Come Alone or With Someone! Come solo or bring a partner, a friend, a group of coworkers, your frenemies, or your entire polycule! During the exercises, you'll have the opportunity to interact with other students & switch partners, which allows for practicing with familiar partners and new acquaintances. We do not pair people up and encourage guests to make friends and engage to their level of comfort. Couples can stay paired the whole time or choose to practice with others.
4. Dress Code: Feel free to dress however you want, whether vanilla or ready to practice. There is a place to change outfits.
5. Who Can Come: This workshop is open to all gender identifications, orientations, lifestyles, singles and couples. All experience levels welcome. 18+

Jam After the Workshop:

A Jam session is a practice-based gathering where we focus on applying what you learned in the workshop or know within the context of the curriculum. The Jam is tailored to the interests of the students and may involve live demonstration scenes, guided practice time, and other applications of class material. Opt to engage to your comfort level or simply observe and learn. This is not a hookup-style event and the focus is on practice (Non Sex-Based).

Note: Jam Only tickets are only available for those who are already familiar with the curriculum and have attended a Pagans Paradise event before. If you purchase a Jam Only Ticket and do not qualify, you may be turned away at the door.
