Aimee Ames is a Breathwork Facilitator, Somatica®-trained Sex & Relationship Coach, and Intuitive Body Life Coach. She is passionate about supporting individuals in cultivating a deeper connection to themselves and others through private somatic-based coaching sessions, group and private breathwork journeys, and connection-based community workshops. Aimee’s approach is nourishing, grounded, and experiential—inviting clients into a safe and playful “relationship lab,” where they can explore, practice, and embody new ways of relating to themselves, their desires, and the people they love.
