The event will feature a mesmerizing fire performance and tantalizing fire and electroplay kink tastings, where the interplay of power and surrender ignites the senses. The downstairs studio transforms into a dungeon of dark delights, a sanctuary for kinky exploration and commanding desires. Upstairs, the first-floor rooms open for steamy, uninhibited play, where whispers of control and yielding passion intertwine.

The night will begin with a required orientation at 10 PM for newbies to get you acquainted to the space and supplies, talk about sex party etiquette, meet people, etc.

You can expect two floors of luxury apartment space including backyard with bar (BYOB), lounge area, fire pit, hot tub, and smoking section, big studio play space with beds and BDSM furniture for public play, bedrooms for semi-public hook-up.

There's never any pressure to do ANYTHING. You can just voyeur (respectfully) or hang out in our social spaces away from the play if you just want to enjoy the atmosphere and mingle with people.

21+. BYOB/420. Our play parties are not a place to get very intoxicated, as we want people to be present especially during play, and to prioritize the safety and comfort of all attendees.
