This is your invitation into eight days of deep listening, embodied learning, and living transmission.

This is an intimate practitioner training for those who feel the call toward working with the body, energy, consciousness, and sxxuality as one living, intelligent system.

Some who join will already be seasoned practitioners with years of experience in bodywork, facilitation, or healing arts.

Others will be earlier on the path, yet deeply sincere, curious, and committed to learning how to hold this work with care, clarity, and integrity.

Integral Tantra

Integral Tantra is a path of awakening that invites a conscious, embodied relationship with life force.

Erotic energy is understood as a natural expression of vitality, creativity, and aliveness. Not something to suppress or override, but something to listen to, respect, and work with skillfully.

This approach brings ancient Tantric wisdom into conversation with modern understandings of the nervous system, trauma, and human development. Rather than separating aspects of human experience, Integral Tantra allows them to unfold together in ways that are grounded, respectful, and deeply human.

Practicing Integral Tantra Healing Arts

In the Integral Tantra Healing Arts Practitioner Training, this wisdom is applied as hands-on, relational healing work.

We work with the whole person.

Body. Energy. Emotions. Nervous system. Spirit.

This training emphasizes learning through direct experience and repeated practice. You will be guided through daily hands-on learning, including the teaching and practicing of Yoni, Lingam, and Root work, always grounded in consent, choice, pacing, and ethical boundaries.

The training weaves together:

• Foundations of traditional massage

• Tantric Healing Arts session work

• Nervous-system-aware touch and regulation

• Energetic and emotional attunement

• Somatic and shamanic approaches to subconscious patterns

This is not theoretical learning. You will practice giving and receiving work, learn how to structure sessions clearly, and refine your ability to stay present and regulated while holding others.

This is work we have each offered, refined, and taught for over two decades, now brought together into one integrated, immersive practitioner training.

What You Will Learn & Be Able to Offer

Through hands-on practice, guidance, and integration, you will leave this training able to:

• Offer clear, ethical Tantric Healing Arts and Tantric massage sessions

• Safely and confidently practice Yoni, Lingam, and Root work within well-held, consent-based containers

• Assess clients using embodied awareness and create sessions that are effective and repeatable

• Work skillfully with energy, touch, and emotional process without overwhelming clients

• Communicate your work clearly so clients understand and trust what you offer

• Set appropriate boundaries, pricing, and scope of practice

• Begin or refine a sustainable Integral Healing Arts or Tantric massage practice

These skills are designed to support not only your professional offerings, but the quality of your relationships, leadership, and self-trust.

The Business of Healing Arts

This training includes clear, practical guidance on how to run, maintain, and grow a Tantric Healing Arts or Integral Healing practice with integrity.

You will learn:

• How to structure sessions clients feel safe saying yes to

• Ethical client intake, screening, and expectation setting

• How to speak about your work in ways that are clear and grounded

• Sustainable pricing and packaging of sessions

• Professional boundaries that protect both practitioner and client

• Organic approaches to visibility, referrals, and advertising

• How to build a practice that supports your nervous system and your life

How You Will Learn

This training is experiential and practice-based.

You will learn through:

• Live demonstrations

• Daily hands-on practice and repetition

• Structured session frameworks you can reuse

• Direct feedback and support from the teaching team

You will leave knowing what to do, how to do it, and how to offer it responsibly.

The Experience

Eight days together in Cabo San Lucas, held in a retreat environment that supports depth, learning, practice, rest, and integration.

Time is intentionally structured to balance hands-on training, nervous system regulation, reflection, and real-world application, so the work lands not just intellectually, but somatically.

Group size is intentionally kept small to support intimacy, safety, and quality of transmission.

Cathleene Cienfuegos - Awaken As Love Lead Facilitator, Healing Arts Practitioner & Trainer. She brings deep spiritual lineages, as well as contemporary philosophies, cutting edge practices and much humor, compassion and empathy. She creatively weaves ancient and contemporary wisdom streams to create Integral sessions and retreats that inspire and invite Conscious Evolution.

Cathleene offers her clients a personal growth path, as well as a professional growth path, and her mission is to assist individuals in being fully empowered, fully expressed, and feeling deeply connected to life and their own innate wisdom. She has had a Tantric Healing Arts Practice for over 10 years that has served all genders in the processes of healing and sexual~spiritual integration. Peter Petersen Awaken As Love Lead Facilitator, has been teaching qigong for 25 years and has been a certified massage therapist for the last 23 years. Peter has been teaching in health clubs, hospitals, retirement villas, and several different wellness/spa resorts in Mexico and the United States, such as Rancho La Puerta, Mayacamas Ranch, and Present Moment Retreat.

Peter is also a personal wellness coach. This Qigong practice helps people ground themselves into their “now” to increase their present moment awareness of their behaviors and find simple solutions to problematic habits such as: eating, moving, negative thinking, and sleeping. The result of this toolbox of healthy information is that clients become their own health advocate and regain a sense of stability, peace, and well-being into their everyday lives.

James Stevenson

James’s passion is to help call forth our human potential and our soul. His weave brings together more than 20 years experience in techniques, practices and information from the cutting edge of Neuroscience, Tantra, Biodanza, Shamanic & Energy Work, Integral theory and Taoist practices to create a spirituality that is rooted in the body. His evolutionary approach is to work on all lines, levels, states and parts of ourselves in bringing forth our fullest potential.

His work in meditation and tantra work draws on many different traditions and paths he has studied from Kashmir Shaivism, Baul mysticism, Advaita Vedanta, Vajrayana Buddhism, Integral systems and Neo-tantra. He was very much influenced by the enlightened master Osho and enjoyed spending time in Pune and the Humaniversity where he became an AUM meditation leader.
