Join us for a cacao and sound bath ceremony featuring ceremonial cacao from Ora Cacao and Alchemy crystal singing bowls.

A cozy Monday Evening to reset the week with Sound Bowls + Good Energy. Start your week with grounding by welcoming a cup of hot ceremonial cacao from Ora Cacao. The cacao used in this ceremony is called Uplifting Uganda, best for Confidence & Lineage. We will have a guided seated meditation while sipping on the cacao cup. Then participants will lie down comfortably, fully immersed in the healing sounds of Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Rainstick, Crystal Pyramid, and Ocean Wave Drum. This session promotes relaxation, stress relief, a deep sense of inner peace, and allowing you to visualize growth and healing in your mind and body. Perfect for all levels, weather you are new to cacao and sound baths or have experience with them. I invite you to reconnect with yourself through sound, cacao, reiki energy, and breath.
