Come and enjoy community and ceremonial cacao with heart openers (kanna, blue lotus, bobinsana) and nervous system support (lions mane, maca, gotu kola, ginko) within the ambiance of Holistika!

We will finish kundalini yoga with a 45 minute live sound bowl healing session with a divinely guided mix of crystal and Tibetan bowls, wave drum, crystal tuning fork, crystal triangle and koshi chimes

We will have a Kriya sequence of mantra, mudra, body movements, and energizing breath work together.

In kundalini yoga, we honor and celebrate Truth. In this workshop, we will saturate in the truth of what we desire to alchemize, clear and transform.
