You know that beneath your skin there exists a ravenous and ancient animal awareness. Sure, from 9 - 5 us humans are trained to use sophisticated vocabulary and wear work clothes… but every so often, that primal instinct flares up. Perhaps the scent of a potential mate makes you want to howl? Want to find a pack to run naked through the woods with? Or perhaps you salivate at the idea of hunting your target down and having your feral way with them?
In this workshop, we’ll discuss ways to shed our human selves and unleash the beasts that exist within all of us. You’ll come away with safety considerations, inspiration, and oodles of science and psychology to understand the organic beauty of Primal Pl@y.
💡 What We’ll Explore:
- 🐺 Hierarchy & Hunger: Explore archetypal dynamics like predator, prey, alpha, beta, pup, packmate, etc. Understand how these roles evoke instinctive responses in the body.
- 👃 Sniff, Snarl, Signal: When words fall away, how do you stay attuned? We’ll cover nonverbal tools for reading and expressing desire, consent, safewords, and reading shifts in energy—all without relying on speech.
- 🦴 Scene Sparks: From Breeding to Biting Get inspired with scene ideas and headspace explorations—like breeding rituals, scent worship, chasing, scratching, growling, tussling, and animal roleplay.
- 🛡️ Safe Territory: Learn how to plan and contain scenes rooted in primal instinct. We’ll cover negotiation for primal scenes, red flags to watch for, and the logistics of safely engaging in hunts, fights, breeding fantasies, and other types of scenes.
- 🧠 Aftercare & Integration Explore how to soothe your inner beast, regulate the nervous system, and support each other after intense scenes.
