Cats on Computers - Body Doubling

Bring a task, a laptop, a craft, or a book. We sit near each other and get things done.

This is located at 775 San Diego Avenue. This home is shared by multiple people. For this event, do not enter through front door. Enter through gate on right side of driveway. Correct entrance is the second door on the left at the end.

Drop in anytime 2-6pm.

Food & Drinks:

Please bring your own lunch or snacks, or come already fed. Bringing something to share if optional. Tea, coffee, and water will be available,

What to Expect:

This is a cozy body-doubling hangout. Bring a task you’ve been meaning to do: taxes, computery things, organizing photos, knitting, art projects, writing, etc. Or bring a book and read. Or just find a cozy chair and be a cat in the sun.

You can work inside or out in the garden. Sitting in the garden reading, relaxing, or quietly working is totally welcome. Meandering the garden is encouraged.

Tasks are Encouraged, but Optional:

You don’t have to bring a task, if you just want a space to be away from home and near other good humans. If you want to come hang out quietly like a cat in the room while other people do their projects, that is fine. Don't expect much conversation or entertainment from others by default.

This is not a specifically ENM oriented event. Before sharing explicit conversation topics, read the room first, be mindful of who’s present, and gauge whether it feels like the right group for that conversation.
