During this FREE EVENT, we will be embracing the festive spirit with our ugliest Christmas sweaters and warm cuddles. It's the perfect opportunity to snuggle up with loved ones and make new friends.

WHEN/WHERE IS THE NEXT ONE?

We host them every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month in Old Town !

The SPECIAL CHRISTMAS Cuddle Extravaganza lasts for about 5 hours:

Doors will open at 10:00am.

10:00-10:30 pm arrive, check in and put on pajamas. Please bring clean, comfy. cuddly clothes. Also, bringing a snack and cuddle accessories to share is welcomed!

10:30 - 11:15 pm The Welcome Circle. Attendees MUST be present for the whole welcome circle to participate. If you are not here by 10:30am and have not called, you may not be able to participate. Phone number and address will be given with the registration on Eventbrite

11:15 - 2:45 pm Freestyle practice time with affectionate nurturing touch - what we call "Cuddling".

2:45 - 3:00 pm Closing circle, and goodbyes

"The Rules of Cuddling"

The rules are tried and true, and there’s a logic to them that goes deeper than you might think to create a safe, fun environment for people to connect. At a Cuddle Party event the first hour or so includes an explanation of the rules that you can put to use everyday. Intrigued? Come check it out!

ARRIVE ON TIME: Once we begin the Welcome Circle and orientation, sorry, we can let no one enter late. This creates comfort and safety by knowing that everyone is on the same page about rules and expectations.

WHAT TO WEAR: Ugly Christmast Sweater, Pajamas, a Onesie or sweats– nothing too risqué. Think more comfy than sexy. (More drawstrings, less lace! No shorts or nighties please.) . No Perfumes or cologne.

WHAT TO BRING: Sorry, no liquor folks. Juice or sparkling cider is always welcome as are treats and snacks to share. A favorite pillow or stuffed animal if you like.(although we have plenty of pillows for you!) Otherwise, just bring your smiling self.

STICK TO THE RULES:

1. Pajamas stay on the whole time.
2. You don’t have to touch anyone at a cuddle party, ever.
3. You must ask permission and receive a verbal YES before you touch anyone. (Be as specific in your request as you can.)
4. If you’re a yes, say YES. If you’re a no, say NO.
5. If you’re a maybe, say NO.
6. You are encouraged to change your mind.
7. Respect your relationship agreements and communicate with your partner.
8. Get your Facilitator or the Assistant if you have a question or concern or need assistance with anything during the event.
9. Tears and laughter are both welcome.
