Discover the transformative power of relational presence through Circling!
Discover the transformative power of relational presence through Circling—a relational mindfulness practice that brings people together in a circle for free-flowing, present-oriented conversation. Guided by facilitator Ahran Lee, each circle cultivates connection, aliveness, and awareness through deep listening, authentic expression, and relational feedback. By engaging in “here and now” practices like Circling and T-group, you’ll deepen self-awareness, strengthen interpersonal insight, and experience the richness of genuine human connection.
