With verbal cues and gentle touch, Conor's instruction helps to create a space of vulnerability so you can immerse yourself in the present moment

From newcomers ready to explore to seasoned practitioners seeking deeper connection, all male-identified yogis are invited to join.

What to bring: Yoga mat (we have some that can be used but limited), water bottle, towel.

RSVP Class has limited spots, please reserve as soon as you can. We can have a waiting list in case of cancellations. Daddy Retreat Members will get priority to get into the workshop.
