This month of Conscious Conversations will help people recognize that their reactions, projections, triggers and repeated relational patterns can reveal deeper truths about themselves. This month is about moving from blame and uncertainty into self-understanding, reflection and ownership

Week 3 | What Your Reaction is Trying to Tell You

What if your trigger is not just interrupting your day - but revealing something unresolved in you?

Your Questions to Prepare:

Set 1 — Awareness & Orientation

  1. What kinds of moments tend to trigger me the most?
  2. What happens in my body when I am triggered?
  3. What meaning to I tend to assign those moments right away?
  4. Where does my reaction feel bigger than the moment itself?

Set 2 — Integration & Reflection

  1. What might my triggers be trying to show me that I haven't fully faced yet?
  2. What helps me stay connected to myself when I am activated?
  3. Where do I tend to react first and reflect later?
  4. What is one way I can practice responding more slowly the next time I am triggered?
