Month 7 | The Mirror

This month of Conscious Conversations will help people recognize that their reactions, projections, triggers and repeated relational patterns can reveal deeper truths about themselves. This month is about moving from blame and uncertainty into self-understanding, reflection and ownership

Week 3 | What Part of This is Actually Mine?

What changes when I stop asking "who's wrong" and start asking "what is mine to face" ?

Your Questions to Prepare:

Set 1 — Awareness & Orientation

  1. In a difficult dynamic, what part do I tend to focus on more, theirs or mine?
  2. Where in my life have I been very aware of a pattern but slow to take action on it?
  3. What truth have I been avoiding because owning it would require me to change something?
  4. Where have I been waiting for someone else to change before I take responsibility for my own next step?

Set 2 — Integration & Reflection

  1. What part of a recent experience is actually mine to own?
  2. What pattern do I keep participating in, even though I say I want something different?
  3. What would self-responsibility look like for me this week in one real situation?
  4. What changes when I stop asking "Who's wrong?" and start asking, "What's mine?"?
