WORKSHOP INFO:
In our fast-paced, busy, and often overwhelming lives, many of us experience disconnection —from each other and even from ourselves. This disconnection often stems from authentic, vulnerable connection which often steps from insecurities and shame. Empathy is the most important skill when it comes to creating meaningful relationships and healing shame yet few of us ever learn how to empathize well, often resorting instead to less effective "me too" statements or attempts to fix it.
This experiential workshop with Dr. Alison Ash of TurnON.love offers a practical approach to becoming skilled at empathy and building shame resilience. By learning how to connect genuinely with others and exploring strategies to overcome shame, participants will be able to build more supportive, trusting relationships and deepen their self-acceptance.
You will:Â
Together, we’ll create a safe space to practice empathy, heal shame, and discover new ways to support both ourselves and othersÂ
