Our conversation will focus on creating genuine relationships, which can include all areas of life, such as work, family and romance. You will be guided through a powerful reflection exercise, where we can go beyond shallow chatting into a sincere conversation about thriving relationships.

Throughout the workshop, we'll incorporate various reflective techniques, including an embodied mindful arrival practice, short journaling exercises, and guided exchanges, to support a creative and fruitful dialogue.

The goal is to increase our awareness around creating or deepening meaningful relationships in our lives.

A little bit about me:

I'm bicultural, Dutch and American. I grew up in the Netherlands and recently moved to the Bay Area. I'm passionate about supporting transformation and creating environments for people to connect and learn. I'm an experienced facilitator and certified laser-focused life coach, and hold a master's degree in work & organizational psychology.
