Why this was created
Most of us were never taught how to intentionally design our relationships.
Instead, we inherit scripts about love, commitment, success, sacrifice. And, we try to make them work in lives that are far more complex than those models were built for. This can be especially true when you’re exploring ethical non-monogamy, redefining partnership, or simply realizing that what once fit no longer does.
Create Your Relationship Vision was created for people who feel that quiet (or not-so-quiet) sense of misalignment and want something more grounded than rules, comparisons, or crisis-driven decisions.
This workshop isn’t about telling you how your relationships should look. It’s about helping you slow down, reflect, and clarify what you actually want your relationships to support emotionally, practically, and relationally based on your values, capacity, and season of life.
By creating a clear relationship vision, you give yourself a compass. One that makes future conversations about boundaries, agreements, and communication feel less reactive and far more intentional.
Whether you’re single, partnered, non-monogamous, monogamous, or somewhere in between, this space was created to help you reconnect with your own truth—and begin designing relationships from there.
What to expect
This is a guided, reflective workshop, not a lecture and not group therapy.
You can expect:
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your relationship vision and language you can return to when navigating future conversations, transitions, or decisions.
This workshop is designed to meet you where you are and give you a starting point you can build from, at your own pace.
Who this is for
This workshop is for you if:
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to be “doing relationships perfectly.” You just need a willingness to slow down, get curious, and design with intention.
