Creating Your Relationship Vision

Why this was created

Most of us were never taught how to intentionally design our relationships.

Instead, we inherit scripts about love, commitment, success, sacrifice. And, we try to make them work in lives that are far more complex than those models were built for. This can be especially true when you’re exploring ethical non-monogamy, redefining partnership, or simply realizing that what once fit no longer does.

Create Your Relationship Vision was created for people who feel that quiet (or not-so-quiet) sense of misalignment and want something more grounded than rules, comparisons, or crisis-driven decisions.

This workshop isn’t about telling you how your relationships should look. It’s about helping you slow down, reflect, and clarify what you actually want your relationships to support emotionally, practically, and relationally based on your values, capacity, and season of life.

By creating a clear relationship vision, you give yourself a compass. One that makes future conversations about boundaries, agreements, and communication feel less reactive and far more intentional.

Whether you’re single, partnered, non-monogamous, monogamous, or somewhere in between, this space was created to help you reconnect with your own truth—and begin designing relationships from there.

What to expect

This is a guided, reflective workshop, not a lecture and not group therapy.

You can expect:

  1. Structured reflection prompts to help you clarify your relationship values, desires, and priorities
  2. Time to explore what you want your relationships to support, protect, and make possible in your life
  3. Gentle guidance grounded in coaching. Not advice, prescriptions, or one-size-fits-all models
  4. Space to think beyond labels and structures and focus on how you want your relationships to feel
  5. A calm, affirming environment where curiosity is encouraged and comparison is softened
  6. Optional sharing and Q&A. Participation is always by choice

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your relationship vision and language you can return to when navigating future conversations, transitions, or decisions.

This workshop is designed to meet you where you are and give you a starting point you can build from, at your own pace.

Who this is for

This workshop is for you if:

  1. You want more clarity and intention in your relationships not more rules or rigid models
  2. You’re exploring or practicing ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, open relationships, or relationship redesign
  3. You feel pulled by comparison, confusion, or “shoulds” and want to reconnect with your values
  4. You’re at a transition point: new relationship(s), changing agreements, personal growth, or shifting capacity
  5. You want your relationships to support your whole life, not compete with it
  6. You’re ready to reflect honestly on what you want your relationships to feel like, not just how they’re structured
  7. You appreciate guided reflection, thoughtful prompts, and a non-judgmental space to explore what’s true for you

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to be “doing relationships perfectly.” You just need a willingness to slow down, get curious, and design with intention.
