This guided experience includes:

  1. A Warm Welcome Circle to set intentions and create a sense of trust.
  2. Relaxation Activities to ease into the space and embrace your awkward.
  3. Communication Exercises to build confidence and clarity around expressing your needs.

  6. Empowerment through experience - put all this into practice and enjoy mindful, heart-centered touch. There is no obligation or expectations, and you are free to participate as little or as much as you’d like.
