1️⃣ Breathwork to Release and Renew:
Learn a simple but powerful three-part breathing technique to release tension and connect with your body’s innate capacity for healing and self-regulation.
2️⃣ Parts-Work Meditation for Self-Compassion:
Inspired by the Internal Family Systems framework, you'll be guided to gently connect with and offer reassurance to the parts of you that feel insecure, unworthy, or scared about non-monogamous relating.
3️⃣ A Safe and Supportive Space:
Explore your inner world in a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment. This experience is a chance to focus on you—your growth, your healing, your resilience.
