The workshop will help each of us assess the embodied traumas we carry within ourselves and provide rituals rooted in movement, music and meditation to help cleanse the deep wounds we are all living with so we can approach our interactions with each other from a more grounded and healed place.
Celebrating the visible and the invisible, uniqueness, experiences and diverse perspectives, this workshop teaches a Cleanse, Accept and Rejuvenate process through embodied learning and courageous engagements.
