Dating as a Survivor

This class will be held LIVE online via Zoom — Zoom links are sent out 3 days prior and then again 1 hour prior to start time. The class will be recorded and available for a limited time shortly following the class. Registration deadline: 1 hour prior to class Pacific. No day-of cancellations.

Dating can be hard; if you’re a survivor, it can be even harder to navigate the who, what, when, where, and why. In this workshop, Jimanekia Eborn makes space for you to come and ask questions as well as walk away with tips.

We will go over how to set your boundaries, what types of apps are out there, how to meet folks, and where to meet folks. As well as how to set yourself up to feel safe going out with humans.

We will also talk about the what-ifs:

  • What if it is going well, then what?
  • What if it is going badly?
  • What if we have sexual chemistry and I want to have sex with them, do I disclose?

The goal is for you to walk away feeling more at ease approaching dating.
