Dharma & Dinner

Join the Poly/ENM Meditation Community for this opportunity to practice mediation, connect, and break bread together. We’ll meet at 5:45pm at the SF Buddhist Center for their 6:00pm guided meditation and talk, and afterwards we’ll find a place nearby to grab a light dinner and connect socially. You’re welcome to join us for whatever portion of the evening works for you… come for meditation, social time, or both! Details below.

DHARMA

6:00-7:30pm

Location: SF Buddhist Center

What: Led meditation and Q&A offered by a San Francisco Insight community teacher.

TICKETS: Tickets are not required for this event, but please make a small donation on-site to help cover space and teacher expenses.

LIGHT DINNER

7:30-9:30pm

Location: A casual place for light food and drinks. Suggest a nearby Valencia/Mission venue in the event chat… attendees will choose one of the suggestions following the meditation!

What: Meetup for food and friendships!

Those that choose to gather socially can debrief and share how the meditation and Dharma experience was for them, and if others are interested in staying out, we can find a place in the Mission to dance the night away!
