Dungeon Monitoring for Rope Scenes

🗓️ Sunday, March 22, 2026

⏰ 9:30–11:30 AM (Doors open: 9:15 | Doors Close: 9:10)

📍 Devil Mask Studio - Downtown Los Angeles

🎟️ Sliding Scale - $30 Suggested

This workshop is designed for dungeon monitors, party hosts, volunteers, and anyone tasked with overseeing rope scenes in public or semi-public environments. We’ll focus on risk mitigation, situational awareness, and effective intervention—especially in high-stakes moments where time, clarity, and confidence matter.

We’ll cover:

  • The most common risks associated with rope scenes in shared spaces
  • How to assess a rope scene at a glance
  • When (and how) to intervene without escalating harm
  • Triage basics for scenes that are going wrong, including suspensions
  • Best practices for supporting both riggers and bottoms post-intervention

This is not a tying class.

It’s about decision-making, responsibility, and care when you’re monitoring space for others.

Compensation note:

If you are being paid for your DM work - or are sending paid party staff - we ask that you chip in to help cover training costs (and coffee).

If you need a totally free ticket, adjust the price slider to the lowest value and use the code COMMCOMP.
