Intimacy is something we all crave — yet it can sometimes feel just out of reach. Tantra offers a path to intimacy that is both profoundly spiritual and deeply sensual.

Join San Francisco Bay Area’s foremost Tantra teachers Erwan & Alicia Davon on October 5th for Elevating Intimacy- exploring the path of Tantra — an experiential workshop designed to open your heart, ignite your sensuality, and deepen your capacity for authentic connection.

In this down-to-earth experience, you’ll explore ancient Tantric practices that bring together presence, breath, and embodied pleasure. Whether you come solo or with a partner, you’ll discover practical ways to bring more depth, passion, and aliveness into your love life.

What you’ll get from this workshop:

1. Practices to deepen your presence and connect at the soul level
2. Simple Tantric techniques to heighten sensuality and pleasure
3. Tools to create authentic, meaningful intimacy with yourself or a partner

We will leave time towards the end of our time together for unstructured socializing and drinks so we can all enjoy the space together.

What to Know

1. Please arrive by 15 min before we start;
2. PARKING CAN BE VERY DIFFICULT IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD-PLS LEAVE PLENTY OF TIME FOR TRAVEL AND PARKING SO YOU ARRIVE BY 4:45 SO YOU CAN SETTLE IN AND RELAX BEFORE CLASS.
3. DOORS WILL CLOSE SOON AFTER THE EVENT BEGINS

Please bring a yoga mat, and dress comfortably. They’ll be some light yoga, nothing strenuous which will lead us into being present in our bodies. From there you will engage in some tantra exercises that can be done individually, with the partner you came with, or one you meet in class.

There will be no explicit sexual activity on the part of the facilitators or the participants.

Please note: This event is inclusive and open to people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship preferences. Consent and boundaries are honored and respected throughout the event.

Erwan and Alicia are very entertaining, so expect to have fun. They’ll be available after the class for discussion or questions.

About Gather SF:

As some of you may have heard, The Center SF closed its doors on June 22, 2025. For over a decade, The Center existed as more than just a teahouse–it was a sanctuary where heart-centered community came together over tea, yoga, events, workshops, ecstatic dance, and more to create something magical. Above all, it was a community hub, one of the few genuine third spaces in San Francisco that welcomed everyone with open arms. Through its doors, hundreds of people found their friends, found themselves, and found home.

We — the staff and volunteers that made up the community of The Center — are starting a new organization to nurture the community that lives on through all of us. Over the coming months, we'll be searching for a mixed-use space where we can once again offer tea, yoga, and events—carrying forward everything that made The Center so profoundly special.
