3. Solo practice to deepen self-awareness and embodiment

6. Guided connection exercises for attunement and trust, and to experience the divine energy in ourselves and others

This is a beautiful opportunity to experience Tantra in a safe, welcoming container, while meeting community members who may join us for the deeper journey in the new year. Whether you are curious about Tantra or already walking this path, you will leave with new tools for breath, presence, and connection that can enrich your daily life. Tantra utilizes ecstatic practices as a means to enlightenment.

Doors open at 1:30 pm, please arrive by 1:45 to settle in. The afternoon commences promptly at 2:00 pm. Bring your own blanket and/or cushion, and a water bottle to ensure your comfort.
