Embody the Sacred: Tantric Awakening is a 5-month immersive in-person Tantra training led by Evalena Rose and Alyssa Anaya, held monthly at the expansive and soul-stirring Open Sky Retreat in Sebastopol, California.
This sacred journey invites you to awaken your divine life force, deepen presence in your body, and refine the art of conscious relationship. Held in a compassionate and trauma-informed space, you will be gently guided through Tantric breathwork, somatic awakening, energetic expansion, sacred touch, heart-centered ritual, and soul-nourishing connection.
Together, we will explore how to bring the depth of spirit into our embodied experience, cultivating the capacity for sacred union within ourselves and in our relationships.
Through cultivating energetic self-care and soulful communication skills, you'll learn to meet yourself and others with compassion, clarity, and sovereignty—laying the foundation for relationships where everyone’s needs are honored. Movement and music become pathways to liberation; ritual and touch become invitations into deeper safety, pleasure, and presence.
Meeting in a devoted circle over five weekends, you'll be supported in anchoring these practices into your life in a sustainable and transformative way. The journey is intuitively guided, and while each weekend includes a specific focus, practices may evolve to meet the unfolding needs of the group and serve the highest good of all.
Weekend Dates:
Each weekend, we’ll gather from 10:30am to 10:00pm on Saturdays, with nourishing, healthy lunch, dinner, and snacks provided throughout the day to support our deep work. Sundays are spacious by design, offering the morning for sacred rest, integration, and replenishment. You may choose to receive optional bodywork from Shams, journal in the gardens, dance at Soul Motion in Sebastopol, or follow your own rhythm toward whatever feels most nourishing. A continental brunch will be offered at the retreat center. We’ll reconvene from 1:30pm to 5:00pm on Sundays for an afternoon of Tantra to complete the weekend.
