Dating doesn’t have to be exhausting, confusing, or emotionally draining.
If you’re tired of wasting time on unfulfilling dates or struggling with the emotional toll of rejection, this group coaching program will give you the clarity and skills you need to approach dating with a new mindset. In this supportive, small group environment, you’ll participate in experiential exercises and guided group discussions on topics that will completely transform your approach to dating. You will receive tailored coaching support as sessions will be guided by members’ questions, experiences, and needs.
Join intimacy coach and educator Dr. Alison Ash of TurnON.love for this empowering 6-week coaching program designed to equip you with the confidence, tools, and strategies needed to make dating fun, fulfilling, and successful. Spaces are limited to ensure a transformative experience, so don’t miss out on the chance to invest in yourself and create a lasting, nourishing relationship. This program is open to people of all genders and sexual orientations and is applicable to both monogamous and non-monogamous dynamics.
Sessions occur virtually on Zoom. This group will include 8-12 people.
Each week builds upon the previous one, allowing members to deepen and become more cohesive over time. If you anticipate missing more than two out of the six sessions, it may be best to wait for the next round of this group. No one will be added after the start date.
Many people struggle with self-doubt, comparison cycles, and insecurities. This session focuses on building self-confidence, overcoming negative body image, reclaiming your sense of desirability and worth so you can feel more empowered while dating.
Many people struggle with where to meet potential partners and expand their dating pool strategically and authentically. This session explores different dating avenues, from apps to “date-me” docs to in-person opportunities.
Flirting and building sexual energy isn’t just about physical attraction—it’s about playfulness, confidence, and emotional connection. This session will help you develop a natural, authentic flirting style, understand the role of sexual energy, and create desire through chemistry.
Rejection is an unavoidable part of dating, whether you’re the one turning someone down or facing rejection yourself. This session will cover how to gracefully reject someone, handle rejection with resilience, and navigate tough situations like ghosting and breakups.
Burnout and unhealthy dynamics can quickly derail dating, leaving us frustrated and exhausted. This session will help you recognize the signs of burnout and toxic patterns in dating, while offering strategies to maintain a healthy, positive mindset.
Transitioning from casual dating to a committed relationship requires understanding needs, desires, and boundaries while navigating emotional and practical shifts. This session explores when to take things to the next level and how to communicate to ensure a healthy transition.
“After several months of coaching, I've made faster progress than I have in the last 20 years of conventional therapy. For the first time in my life, I have hope for my future instead of fear. I cannot recommend Dr. Aly highly enough.” - K.A.
“Dr. Aly's coaching is really pragmatic and applicable to day-to-day life. She helped me realize that I am ‘not a problem to be fixed’, as she said, but a resilient and empowered person who fully owns her wants and needs and who courageously invites others to co-create fun, stimulating and rewarding relationships! W orking with her was one of the best decisions I have ever made!" - Y.C.
"Dr. Aly has helped me uncover and address underlying issues that were hindering my ability to fully connect with people. She has supported me to explore my needs and boundaries and provided me with invaluable tools and techniques that have helped me enhance my communication skills, build trust, and foster intimacy. Working with Dr. Aly has truly been a life-changing experience!" - K.L.
“Dr. Aly’s coaching was just what I needed, she was super nonjudgmental and comfortable talking about things that I’m not yet comfortable about myself. She was kind and compassionate to a degree that I’m not used to with therapists. She also didn’t beat around the bush; she got up to speed quickly with my situation, figured out the issues and constraints, and then offered me a dozen different pieces of down-to-earth good advice." - B.D.
