We will dance, freeing our souls and spirits into the rhythm of our own essence, moved by music meant to uplift our hearts in sacred connection.

We will gather to set intentions, bringing in the spirit of celebration for all that was and all that wasn’t. Honoring our growth—the big and the small—as well as all parts of ourselves, our sacred grief, and the unfolding growth of our ever‑evolving human experience upon this earth.

Essentials • Water bottle – staying hydrated is key when dancing and drinking cacao. • Comfortable clothing – loose, breathable layers for movement and relaxation. • Yoga mat or blanket – for grounding, stretching, or resting during cacao and intention‑setting. • Journal & pen – to capture reflections, intentions, or insights that arise. Optional Sacred Items • Small offering for the altar – a flower, crystal, or symbolic item to honor the collective space. • Personal talisman – something meaningful to hold or wear as you dance into the new energy. Mindset & Spirit • An open heart – ready to honor grief, joy, gratitude, and growth. • Intention – something you wish to release or welcome as 2026 begins. • Presence – willingness to simply be, with no pressure and no agenda.
