In this 2-hour rope-inspired workshop invites you into the intimacy, trust and tension that make rope play so powerful... all without a single knot!

Energetic Ties That Bind is built for anyone who’s ever craved more clarity, more confidence, or more connection – within themselves and with others. It’s a space for beginners and experienced players alike to explore intimacy without pressure, performance, or pretense.

What to Know:

• Duration: 2 hours
• Location: Our private Tribeca loft (address in email confirmation)
• No partner needed: Come solo, most people do!
• What to bring: Comfortable clothing for movement + water bottle
• Doors lock at 7:15pm to honor the container

This is for you if you:

• Curious about rope or kink but looking for a gentler entry point
• Looking to refine energetic attunement
• Interested in the intersection of presence, polarity, and embodied connection
• Wanting more confidence and intention in how you give and receive touch (including energetic touch)

Workshop Flow:

Come prepared: Dress comfortably for movement (think yoga/dance class) and bring a water bottle.

We'll start with an opening circle, make clear agreements, and I'll explain about touch and connection (a bit of what you'll see in the video above).

We'll move through three progressive areas of embodied practice designed to help you feel, name, and express energetic connection:

1. Energetic Connection: No-touch practices to cultivate attunement – within yourself, with a partner, and with the space between you.
2. Touch for Energetic Containment: Grounding touch that soothes the nervous system and invites stillness.
3. Touch for Energetic Connection: Introduce gentle movement and subtle contrast to expand energy and invite flow without overwhelming or losing connection

We'll close with a circle for sharing, thanking each other and our partners, and integrating what we've learned.

You’ll leave with tools to tune into your own energetic signals, to connect more confidently with others, and to bring more spaciousness and skill to any touch-based exchange – whether in rope, in kink, or in everyday life.

It’s not about knowing the perfect moves. It’s about what moves between us.

She is an artist and facilitator working with aliveness, attention, and relational dynamics through experiential education and creative practice.
