Evolving in ENM: Navigating Common Traps with Intention

Join us for a virtual discussion on navigating common pitfalls in ethical non-monogamy with intention and evolving in your relationships!

A workshop for curious, practicing, and evolving non-monogamists.

Ethical non-monogamy (ENM) invites us to expand our capacity for love, connection, and growth—but even the most intentional relationships can fall into familiar traps.

Whether you're new to ENM or have been practicing for years, this interactive workshop is designed to help you recognize and navigate some of the most common challenges with clarity, compassion, and care.

Together, we’ll explore:

  1. The emotional roots behind common ENM pitfalls like unicorn hunting, new shiny syndrome, veto power, and emotional avoidance
  2. How these patterns show up in real-life dynamics
  3. Ways to shift from reaction to reflection—and from friction to intentional growth
  4. Tools for communication, repair, and self-awareness

You’ll leave with:✅ Language for identifying unhelpful patterns✅ Practical strategies for addressing them✅ A stronger foundation for building aligned, connected relationships

This workshop is open to individuals, couples, triads, polycules—all relationship constellations and levels of experience are welcome.

Come as you are. We’re not here to shame or judge. We’re here to grow.
