The key element of energy play is the imagined or perceived flow of psychic or spiritual energy between people. The essential idea is that we all have energy that flows through us and around us, and this energy can be used to create heightened experiences, deep intimacy, or intense sensation.

This class with be a mix of instruction and demonstration. Class is suitable for all experience levels and designed to give a solid overview and help attendees expand their knowledge base.
