Let’s talk honestly about what it really takes to lead, volunteer, organize, and hold space in our kink communities… and how to do it without burning out, breaking down, or disappearing into resentment. In this class, we’ll explore the idea of Fair Energetic Exchange, what it means to give, to receive, and to feel valued, nourished, and honored in the work we do. Together we’ll look at boundaries, consent in leadership, empathy, courage, and the messy beauty of having needs (and daring to name them). Through story, reflection, and conversation, we’ll explore how to build cultures of compassion, sustainability, and authenticity, so our leaders, volunteers, and visionaries can keep creating magic without losing themselves along the way.

About the Presenter:

Lee Harrington (he/they) is a spiritual and erotic authenticity educator, gender explorer, eclectic artist, and award-winning author and editor on erotic and sacred experience. He brings a combination of playful engagement and thoughtful academic dialogue to a broad audience, and they believe we are each beautifully complex ecosystems who deserve to examine the human experience from that lens. They have been traveling the globe teaching and talking about sexuality, psychology, faith, and desire, and believe you deserve passion and connection in your life.
