Are you curious about kinky wrestling and rough body play but worried about injuries? Do you enjoy throwing people or being thrown around but unsure how to do it safely? This is the prefect class for you!
In this class, Rouge will be sharing they expertise in rough body play. We will explore body mechanics, takedown techniques, controlled/uncontrolled falls and recovery!:
This class requires no previous knowledge or specific athletic ability. This is a hands-on workshop so please wear clothing that is easy to move in and a water bottle. Bringing a partner to pair up with is also recommended but we will do our best to pair up anyone that doesn’t have a partner at the beginning of class.
Please note that takedowns and falls carry inherent risks. We will cover strategies to manage and minimize these risks; however, it’s important to understand that there is no 100% safe way to execute a takedown. Safety and informed participation are our priorities.
We’ll provide water and snacks for refreshment!
